The Aramón Group resorts are facing the Christmas period with a wide range of skiing and a full program of activities that will take place between December 24 and January 5.
Formigal-Panticosa, Cerler, Javalambre, and Valdelinares will offer visitors nearly 120 kilometers of slopes, combining sport, leisure, and traditional holiday festivities.
Formigal-Panticosa anticipates offering approximately 80 skiable kilometers during the holiday period, with 32 lifts operating to provide access to a variety of sectors and routes. In Cerler, recent snowfalls, with accumulations up to 40 centimeters, will allow for over 30 open kilometers, reaching the resort's maximum vertical drop thanks to the opening of the Gallinero chairlift. Additionally, the 9 Km run, Spain's longest continuous descent, will be available. As for Valdelinares, the resort currently has 7 kilometers open, while Javalambre will reopen its sledding slope this weekend and plans to progressively expand its ski area starting December 26. Favorable weather forecasts are expected to further increase available terrain in the coming days.
Alongside the sports offerings, Grupo Aramón has designed a special Christmas program for all ages. On December 24, Santa Claus will visit the resorts, touring slopes and children's areas in Formigal-Panticosa, Cerler, and Valdelinares, where he will distribute candy and share moments with the little ones. The New Year's Eve celebration will be another highlight, with a special New Year's Eve in Formigal-Panticosa, with chimes broadcast live by Mediaset from the Marchica après-ski. Cerler will celebrate the World Chimes, and Javalambre and Valdelinares will ring in the New Year with High-Altitude Chimes and live music.
The Christmas calendar is rounded out by emblematic events such as torchlight descents, which will take place on December 30 in Formigal and January 3 in Cerler, as well as children's entertainment in Javalambre on various holiday dates. On January 5, the arrival of the Three Wise Men will cap off Christmas, with skiing tours through the resorts, gift distribution, and new torchlight descents.
Music will be another major draw during this period, thanks to the M Experience program, featuring DJ sessions and performances at prominent venues such as Marchica, El Iglú, Cabaña Izas, and Remáscaro during Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Furthermore, Viajes Aramón offers special packages that combine accommodation and lift passes, making it easy to plan a comfortable Christmas vacation in the snow.
