The Navacerrada ski resort has begun the staff recruitment process for the 2025–2026 season, while awaiting a definitive resolution regarding the litigation concerning its Segovian slope.
As it does every November, Puerto de Navacerrada has published its job offerings for the 2025-2026 winter season, aimed at all individuals interested in joining its staff during the months of operation.
The Madrid-based resort seeks to strengthen its team with essential profiles for the daily operation of the slopes, including ski patrol, lift operators, and cashier assistants. These positions are crucial for ensuring safety, public service, and the proper development of operations at the resort.
According to the announcement disseminated by the resort itself, applicants must have absolute availability and a Type B driving license, in addition to owning their own vehicle, given the particular access to the facilities.
The call comes amid legal uncertainty, as the complex maintains ongoing litigation related to the concession of its Segovian slope, whose future remains unresolved. Despite this situation, Puerto de Navacerrada continues its maintenance and slope preparation work, awaiting meteorological conditions to set an opening date for the new season.
