THE I.C.E. St. Moritz 2026: Art on Ice

The I.C.E. St. Moritz concluded its 2026 edition, reaffirming its status as an established fixture in the international collector car calendar. Over the weekend, the frozen lake once again served as a track and exhibition space, hosting over fifty historic vehicles selected for their technical, aesthetic, and cultural significance.

The edition was structured into five categories, charting a clear course through different eras of automotive history. From Legendary Liveries, featuring models associated with some of the most recognizable racing liveries, to Open Wheels, focusing on single-seaters and sports cars from the early decades of the 20th century. The Birth of the Hypercar category gathered some key names from the nineties, while Barchettas on the Lake and Icons on Wheels completed the selection with lightweight sports cars and great design classics.

Best in Class awards were announced on Friday. The 1976 Lancia Stratos was recognized in Legendary Liveries; the 1949 Maserati 4CLT in Open Wheels; the 1993 Jaguar XJ220 in Birth of the Hypercar; the 1955 Ferrari 750 Monza in Barchettas on the Lake; and the 1937 Talbot-Lago T150C SS 'Teardrop' in Icons on Wheels. The award for best sound went to the 1965 Pontiac Vivant.

On Saturday, the free laps on the lake marked one of the event's focal points, allowing spectators to see the cars in motion on the ice. At the end of the day, Best in Show was awarded to the Talbot-Lago T150C SS 'Teardrop'. The Ferrari Dino 206 S received the Spirit of St. Moritz, while the public awarded the Hero Below Zero prize to the McLaren F1 GTR Lark.

Beyond the lake, The I.C.E. integrated into the life of St. Moritz with activities spread across the village center and various associated venues. The participation of brands, manufacturers, and partners linked to luxury, design, and mobility reinforced the event's positioning as a meeting point for automotive, alpine lifestyle, and contemporary culture.

The I.C.E. will return in 2027.
