Until September 6th, the destination will offer a comprehensive program for those looking to escape the city heat and enjoy the mountains from a different perspective: hiking, mountain biking, gastronomy, wellness, family activities, and an event agenda that will once again place Val d’Aran among the top references for a Pyrenean summer.

Lifts open the doors to the mountains

During the summer season, the Bosque and Clòt der Os chairlifts will be operational, providing access to some of the most spectacular surrounding landscapes.

The Bosque chairlift will remain open until September 6th, while Clòt der Os will operate until August 30th. Both lifts will be available daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, allowing easy access to hiking trails and mountain bike circuits adapted for various levels.

Among this summer's novelties are the new inflatable games installed in Beret for children and the summer opening of Chocolatería Jolonch next to Hotel Montarto.

Eleven mountain bike routes through forests and alpine panoramas

Cycling once again takes a prominent role in Baqueira Beret’s summer offering. Thanks to the network of routes promoted by the Conselh Generau d’Aran and the Ajuntament de Naut Aran, enthusiasts can enjoy eleven marked trails that combine family-friendly sections with more technical and flowing descents.

The routes traverse high mountain forests, grazing areas, and natural viewpoints offering some of the most iconic landscapes of Val d'Aran.

Additionally, the resort continues to strengthen its commitment to cycle tourism and electric bikes through specific services, equipment rental, washing areas, and assistance for cyclists.

Hiking to discover the heart of the Pyrenees

For those who prefer to explore the mountains on foot, Baqueira offers a selection of accessible routes that allow discovery of glacial lakes, waterfalls, and forests of great scenic value.

Routes such as Lacs deth Clòt der Os, Dera Cascada, Camin Dera Aigua, and Pla de Beret offer a tranquil and contemplative way to connect with nature and enjoy the grand alpine settings characteristic of this area of the Pyrenees.

Much more than hiking and cycling

Baqueira Beret's summer experience extends beyond the lifts and mountain trails.

An event calendar that defines summer in the Pyrenees

The season will kick off with the Pedals de Foc Non Stop on June 27th, one of Europe's great mountain cycle tourism classics.

A few days later, from July 2nd to 4th, one of the most important events on the international trail running calendar will arrive: the HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB®, a competition that annually brings together runners from dozens of countries and turns the region into one of the world's epicenters for mountain races.

Cycling will again take center stage on July 25th and 26th with the celebration of the She Bikes Gravity Experience, an initiative aimed at promoting female participation in downhill and gravity disciplines.

Culture will also have its space thanks to the Dansàneu festival, which will host a concert by El Petit de Cal Eril on July 30th.

One of the most special moments of the summer will arrive on August 12th, when Baqueira Beret will host an Perseid meteor shower observation evening accompanied by a live performance by The Hot Tubes.
