The Freeride World Tour circuit will hold its final on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in Verbier, where season champions will be crowned on the Bec des Rosses.
The organization has officially confirmed the competition after evaluating conditions, thus ensuring the staging of the most important event on the calendar.
An Open Final with 29 Riders
A total of 29 riders will compete in this final stop. There are no clear leaders in several categories, keeping the standings open before the final descent.
The score obtained in Verbier will be decisive for the general ranking, so the result of this day will directly determine the 2026 champions.
Bec des Rosses: Technical Characteristics
The Bec des Rosses, at 3,223 meters of altitude, features an approximate vertical drop of 600 meters and slopes reaching 51 degrees.
The terrain combines narrow couloirs, exposed ridges, and jump sections, demanding precise line selection and solid technical execution. It is the most challenging face on the circuit and the only one where the title is decided.
Schedule and Access
The live broadcast will begin at 9:15 CET, with the first start scheduled for 9:30.
To facilitate public access, lifts will open exceptionally at 7:30.
Additionally, those traveling by train to Le Châble can benefit from a 40% discount on the lift pass, as part of an initiative to reduce the environmental impact of the event.
Weekend Activities
Beyond the competition, Verbier will host a program of activities throughout the weekend.
The village in Rue de Médran will be open from Friday to Sunday with brand activations, DJ sets, and rider meet-and-greets. In Ruinettes, the Ski Test Village will allow testing equipment on snow on Saturday and Sunday.
