Sierra Nevada has successfully hosted the finals of the Copa de España and Campenato de España in Snowboard Cross (SBX) and Ski Cross (SX), marking an unforgettable event for winter sports enthusiasts. This edition, recognized for being the most highly attended and boasting the highest level of competition to date, once again confirmed the commitment of the Spanish Winter Sports Federation (RFEDI) and Cetursa Sierra Nevada with the development of these disciplines. The event, held on the Loma de Dílar slope, designed specifically for these modalities, saw athletes from various autonomous communities compete fiercely for national titles. The perfect condition of the track, together with favorable weather conditions, allowed for a high-intensity competition, offering a breathtaking spectacle to the numerous attendees. Dominance and emotion in Snowboard Cross In Snowboard Cross, the competition was marked by the emergence of new talents and the consolidation of experienced athletes. In the women's category, the spotlight fell on the young Celia Ortega (FADI Andalucía-Nevada Sport Club), who, despite being new to the Absolute category, showed impressive superiority.
